LV Main Panel

  • LV Main Panel busbars/vertical busbars are designed for short circuit performance 50KA for 1 sec.
  • High quality powder coated paint finish to shade RAL 7032/7035.
  • Incorporate type tested / EDD/EWA approved ACBs, Fuse Switches, MCCBs, MCB DBs only to be
    used and other auxiliary equipment as per customer specifications.
  • Panel doors shall be mechanically interlocked to prevent opening of door before the respective
    switchgear is isolated.
  • A comprehensive range of metering and indications possible.
  • Inner mounting frames/plates for ACB, MCCBs considered.
  • Main Incomer breakers upto 2500 Amps (ACB drawout/non-drawout) or up to 1250 Amps can
    be considered.
  • Branch breakers up to 1200 Amps can be considered (ACB/MCCB). Sheet steel thickness of
    2mm for doors, 2.5mm for load bearing and 2.5mm / 3mm for gland plate are considered.
  • Bottom or top entry of cable with ample space are considered for better cable access and easy
    installation with removable gland plates for easy drilling.
  • Blanking cover / plates to cover any spare (space) ways.
  • External and internal earth points are considered as required.
  • All feeders are properly labelled as required for identification.
  • The boards shall be arranged for delivery to suit in shipping sections and each section are fitted
    with lifting lugs.
  • The maximum height of the panel shall be 2200mm including base frame. (Base frame –
    100mm height)
  • Assembly complies with BSEN 61439-1 and IEC 61439-1&2

MCC Panel

  • The MCC Panel construction shall be of modular cubicle pattern either in form 2, form 3 or 4 as required wall or floor mounted.
  • MCC will be suitable for future extension on either side.
  • Insulation grade of 690 V.A.C. Considered.
  • Panels are suitable for operation in ambient temperature 50°C, 50{30104fcdfe383a3930306443eba2b97f14ce39ab670e7b7ec2538794ac9a91ca} RH.
  • Main bus bar (tin plated) shall be either top or rear mounted type with current rating from
    1000A to max 2500A.
  • Ingress protection to IP 42 as per IEC 529(1P 54, 55 can be provided upon request). All doors/covers with gaskets.
  • Versatile enclosures system allows for any feature extension.
  • Type tested enclosure can be considered upon request.
  • Lockable option for the doors shall be provided on request.
  • Front or rear access with protective devices removable from front.
  • Totally enclosed/shrouded tin plated copper busbars.
  • Maximum safety and reliability in operation and maintenance busbars supported with Epoxy/DMC/SMC Insulated materials with high mechanical and thermal characteristics.

Sub Main Panel

  • Sub Main Panel busbars are tinned copper with current rating up to 800A. Neutral and earth busbars are sized to suit the main bus.
  • Totally enclosed / shielded busbars to avoid any accidental contacts with hinged / lockable front door considered.
  • Ingress protection to IP 42 as per IEC 529 with safety and reliability
  • Panels are suitable to operate in 50°c ambient and 50{30104fcdfe383a3930306443eba2b97f14ce39ab670e7b7ec2538794ac9a91ca} RH
  • Busbars supported with Epoxy / DMC / SMC insulators having excellent mechanical and thermal characteristics.
  • High quality powder coated paint finish-to RAL 7032/7035
  • Deadfront with inner mounting plates & inner cover for MCCBs
  • Incoming breaker up to 1600A and branch breakers upto 1250A.
  • Contactors and other auxiliary equipment as required by client
  • Min 1.5mm thickness sheet steel has been used
  • Removable gland plate for easy drilling for cable access
  • Board can incorporate MCCBs, ELCBs, UVRs, EFRs, instruments, Ample cable space considered for better terminations

  • Busbars system are designed to withstand 35KA short time rating for 1sec and sized as per Copper Development Association’s recommendations.
  • Back pans, including neutral terminals are detachable for easy installation

  • Standard devices like Ammeters, Voltmeters, PF meters, Selector Switches, Indicating Lamps & C.Ts can be installed.

Final DB

  • Final DB with PAN assembly Din Rail Type Paint Finish RAL 7035 (Pebble Grey textured).
  • Split Type, Non Split Type of Bus bars (Designed for 16KA for 0.5 sec).
  • Shells are pre treated and powder coated.
  • Flush Mounted type or Surface Mounted Type with hinged door.
  • Suitable knockouts at Top or Bottom for easy cable entry.
  • Brass Neutral and Earth Bars with number of ways as required.
  • To suit 240V, 50HZ, SPN or 415V, 50Hz, TPN system as required.
  • Comply with BS5486; Part 12, BSEN 61439-1 and 3, IEC 61439, EN 50298.
  • Ingress protection IP32 to IEC 529 (IP 54,55, IP 66 can also be manufactured on request).
  • Busbar rated 150A (250A can be considered upon request).
  • ELCBs/RCDs up to 125A-2P, 4P (Sensitivity 10-500mA as required).

  • To be provided with Isolators, ELCBs, Contactors, Timers UVRs as required.
  • Circuit Identification Label provided inside the Top Cover.
  • MCBs are 3KA/4.5KA/6KA/10KA Current Limiting Type with Trip Free Mechanism, have provision to fit auxiliary and trip indicating switches with life expectancy to be at 8000 operating cycle. ELCBs are current operated residual current device with Core Balance CT and permanent magnetic tripping device trip free construction and provision to fit auxiliary and trip indicators.
